Brady provides proactive and timely advice to clients on all aspects of labour and employment law. He routinely advises employers on employment contracts, workplace policies, human rights complaints, wrongful dismissals, grievance arbitrations, and collective bargaining.
Brady works closely with employers to find practical solutions to workplace issues including employee discipline and dismissals, performance management, and workplace accommodations.
Brady frequently assists clients to successfully navigate wrongful dismissal and human rights claims before civil courts and human rights tribunals.
