Notice of Availability of Documents under the AODA

Mathews, Dinsdale & Clark LLP is committed to creating and maintaining an accessible environment for persons with disabilities by serving all firm members, clients and visitors in a manner which respects their dignity and independence, and permits equal access to our legal services, in accordance with the objectives and requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (the “AODA”).

We have established policies, practices and procedures for the delivery of our legal services to persons with disabilities, as required by the AODA and its regulations.  Any documents required by the AODA can be made available in an accessible format, upon request.

Our Multi-Year Accessibility Plan & Policies describes our firm’s strategy for preventing and removing barriers to persons with disabilities.
