Kritika is an Associate in Mathews Dinsdale’s Employment and Litigation practice. She advises clients in all areas of employment law including employment standards, terminations, unjust dismissals, workplace policies, employment contracts, and human rights. 
 

Kritika advocates for employers both provincially and federally, and has experience in proceedings before the courts, the Alberta Labour Relations Board, and the Canadian Human Rights Commission.

Prior to joining the Firm, Kritika gained a broad range of experience working at the Calgary office of a national full-service firm. 
 

Kritika received her Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta. During her time at law school, Kritika won the national Gale Cup Moot and received a writing award at the national Wilson Moot.
