Allison is an Associate in our Vancouver office, where she maintains a broad labour and employment practice serving clients throughout British Columbia and Alberta. She approaches each matter with diligence, care and pragmatism.

Allison advises and represents employers on a wide range of workplace matters, including human rights and discrimination, wrongful dismissal, workers’ compensation and labour relations. She regularly assists employers with hiring and terminations, workplace discipline, investigations, severance arrangements and workplace policies.

Allison earned her Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts (With Distinction) in Political Science from the University of Calgary.
