Profile

Anastasia is an associate based out of Mathews Dinsdale’s Victoria office. She provides advice to both provincially and federally regulated employers on a wide range of labour and employment issues, with an emphasis on wrongful or unjust dismissal litigation, employment contracts and workplace policies, performance management, human rights and accommodation, employment standards and privacy compliance, collective bargaining, and grievance arbitration. Anastasia also conducts workplace investigations and has experience working with First Nations governments, economic development corporations, and First Nations-owned entities and businesses.

Anastasia received her Juris Doctor from Queen’s University, where she was awarded a prize for academic achievement in labour, employment and administrative law. While at Queen’s, she was Co-President of the Queen’s Labour and Employment Law Club and served as a caseworker with the Queen’s Prison Law Clinic. In her final year, Anastasia spent a semester abroad studying international public law at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland.
