Pooja is an Associate in our Victoria office, where she maintains a broad labour and employment practice. She has experience advising employers on a range of workplace matters, including terminations and wrongful dismissal, labour relations, employment standards, human rights, privacy and related issues.

While attending the University of Victoria Faculty of Law, Pooja served as an executive member of the South Asian Law Students’ Association and volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada.
