Megan is a Partner in our Toronto office, practising in all areas of labour and employment law. She advises employers in both the provincial and federal sectors, working with unionized and non-unionized workplaces across diverse industries.

Her practice includes workplace investigations, human rights matters, employee discipline and termination, policy development, and accessibility compliance. She also represents clients in certification and related employer applications in both construction and non-construction workplaces.

Megan has extensive experience in labour arbitrations and mediations, and regularly appears before courts and tribunals including the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Canada Industrial Relations Board, and the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal.
