Working out of our Vancouver office, Grady assists employers in both labour and employment matters. He also regularly responds to human rights issues and complaints, represents management at the bargaining table, and advises on workers’ compensation and occupational health and safety matters.
Grady provides practical advice and creative solutions to his clients, drawing on his experience to recognize the difference between matters requiring litigation and those that are best resolved. He is called to the bar in BC and Saskatchewan, and provides advice and representation to clients in all Western Canadian Provinces in a wide variety of industries.
Grady is a former Adjunct Professor at the Peter A. Allard School of Law (UBC), where he taught Employment Law for several years, and currently volunteers his time to act as a Moot Court Judge for first year law students. He is the author of the Labour Law section of the Lexis Practice Advisor and formerly served on the Board of Directors of the Richmond United Football Club. Grady has also been recognized by multiple ranking publications as a leading labour and employment lawyer.
