Dave is a Partner in our Toronto office, practising in all areas of labour and employment law. Dave’s experience includes advising provincially and federally regulated employers in a broad range of issues including: hiring and termination, labour relations, human rights, disability accommodation, occupational health and safety, privacy, and performance management.

Dave represents clients in a variety of litigation matters, including before labour arbitrators, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
