Dave is an Associate in Mathews Dinsdale’s Toronto office where he practices in all areas of labour and employment law. Dave’s experience includes advising provincially and federally regulated employers in a broad range of issues including: hiring and termination, labour relations, human rights, disability accommodation, occupational health and safety, privacy, and performance management.

Dave represents clients in a variety of litigation matters, including before labour arbitrators, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

Prior to joining Mathews Dinsdale, Dave worked in the Toronto office of a global law firm, providing advice and representation to multinational corporations on some of their most pressing issues.
