Ben is an Associate in Mathews Dinsdale’s Toronto office. He maintains a broad labour and employment practice and advises clients on difficult, time-sensitive issues.
Ben advocates for clients both provincially and federally, and has experience in proceedings before the courts, labour arbitrators, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Canada Industrial Relations Board, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal and the Canadian Human Rights Commission.
Ben was called to the Ontario Bar in 2017 after graduating from Queen’s Law and articling with the firm. Prior to law school, Ben spent a year playing professional hockey in the Southeastern United States.
