Profile
Neil is a member of our Employment Law and Litigation Practice Group. Predominantly known for his expertise on the obligations of both union and non-union employers under Ontario’s Employment Standards Act during business closures or restructuring, he is currently recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada as a leading lawyer in the area of employment law.
Neil also acts as counsel for employers in wrongful dismissal hearings, before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and in Employment Standards Act adjudication hearings. He offers advice and opinions on a full range of employment law matters, including human rights, employment standards and pension issues.
