Monika is an Associate in Mathews Dinsdale’s Calgary office. Monika has experience advising employers on a broad range of workplace law matters, including workplace policies, employment contracts, and wrongful dismissal actions. In employment litigation matters, she has advocated for clients in proceedings before the Alberta Court of Justice and the Alberta Court of King’s Bench. Monika assists employers in finding practical and timely solutions.

Monika received her Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta in 2021. During law school, Monika volunteered with the Mental Health and Wellness Committee, the Edmonton Community Legal Centre, and the Faculty of Law’s Recruitment Committee. Before joining Mathews Dinsdale, Monika practiced with a mid-sized full-service firm in Edmonton, where she also articled.
