Kevin is an Associate based in Calgary. Kevin advises employers on various employment related matters including wrongful dismissal claims, human rights complaints, workplace investigations, employment standards, and labour relations. He also assists employers with reviewing and preparing employment-related documents such as employment contracts, workplace policies, and severance packages.

Kevin received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Alberta in 2021. During law school, Kevin volunteered at the Edmonton Community Legal Centre and with Student Legal Services. He was actively involved in the Korean community as a teaching assistant at the University of Alberta and as a youth mentor with the Edmonton Korean Canadian Association. Prior to joining Mathews Dinsdale, Kevin articled and practised employment and labour law at an international law firm in Calgary.
