Ernest is an Associate in the firm’s Toronto office. Ernest’s practice is primarily focused on employment and human rights law, and he advises clients in all aspects of the employment relationship, including employment contracts, workplace policies, discipline and termination, wrongful dismissals, discrimination, and human rights issues and complaints. Ernest provides practical advice to employers that are catered to their specific circumstances and business needs to ensure optimal solutions to all workplace issues.
Ernest completed his J.D. at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. Prior to law school, he received his Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of Western Ontario, where he graduated as the gold medalist.
In his free time, Ernest enjoys volunteering for Lawyers Feed the Hungry, making pasta from scratch, alleviating his ice cream addiction, and biking around the city.
