Carrie is Counsel in our Victoria office, she advises and represents federally and provincially regulated employers in both unionized and non-unionized environments on all aspects of workplace law.

Carrie acts as counsel in Labour Relations Board proceedings, grievance arbitrations, human rights complaints, wrongful dismissal matters, and workers’ compensation claims. She is also an experienced workplace investigator, conducting investigations in both the public and private sectors, and regularly coaches HR professionals on best practices for conducting workplace investigations.
