Bonny is a Partner in our Toronto office, practicing labour, employment, and human rights law. Bonny advises and represents employers across various industries.
Bonny supports employers’ strategic initiatives in workforce reductions, business closures, mergers and acquisitions, policy development, and union-related matters. In addition, Bonny provides day-to-day counsel on employee management, workplace disputes, disability management, terminations, investigations, and policy development. She has also delivered workshops for HR and management teams on a variety of workplace law topics.
Bonny represents employers before tribunals, labour boards, arbitrators, adjudicators, and courts. She has successfully defended employers against human rights complaints, grievances, and wrongful dismissal claims, securing dismissals and favorable settlements. Her pragmatic approach and experience have made her a key resource for employers navigating complex workplace law challenges.
