Aiden Raff is an Associate in our Calgary office, where he maintains a broad labour and employment practice. He advises employers on a wide range of workplace matters, including labour relations, employment standards compliance, discipline and termination, accommodation, and human rights issues. Aiden has been involved in a variety of civil litigation, labour, and human rights proceedings, including matters before courts, labour arbitrators, and administrative tribunals.

Aiden obtained his Juris Doctor from Toronto Metropolitan University. During law school, he received awards recognizing both advocacy and academic excellence, worked as a research assistant, and completed a secondment with the Ontario Labour Relations Board. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia.
