Carrie advises and represents federally and provincially-regulated employers in both unionized and non-unionized environments in all aspects of workplace law.

Carrie acts as counsel on Labour Relations Board proceedings, grievance arbitrations, human rights complaints, wrongful dismissals, and workers’ compensation matters. She is also an experienced workplace investigator, conducting investigations in both in the private and public sectors, as well as coaching HR managers on how to conduct workplace investigations.
