Profile
Mark is a senior partner in our firm’s Employment Law and Litigation Practice Group. He offers a wealth of experience representing management in wrongful dismissal actions, human rights and employment standards hearings. Mark is also a senior member of our firm’s National Occupational Health and Safety Group and is a go-to trial lawyer for employers, supervisors and others charged with violating the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Mark provides practical advice and opinions to management on a full range of employment law matters, including the preparation of employment contracts and termination packages for non-union employees. He is also currently recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada as a leading lawyer in the area of employment law.
