Kim has a solid litigation background and has represented both provincially and federally regulated employers across a diverse range of industries.
Kim received her Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria. Prior to joining the Firm, Kim gained a broad range of experience working at a full-service firm in Calgary, a litigation boutique in Toronto and providing in-house employment advisory services at a large Canadian bank. Kim is called to the Ontario and Alberta bar.
