Nisha is Counsel in our Toronto office, practising in labour, employment, human rights, and professional regulation law.

She brings more than 15 years of experience from both private practice and in-house roles. Nisha spent over a decade as a prosecutor with professional regulatory bodies, including the Law Society of Ontario and the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, where she prosecuted professional misconduct and capacity matters before disciplinary tribunals and the Divisional Court. She also provided strategic advice throughout the regulatory investigative process.

Nisha advises both public and private sector employers, drawing on her extensive advocacy, regulatory, and administrative law experience.

She is known for her thoughtful, well-prepared, and client-focused approach, and for her ability to understand the operational realities of diverse workplaces.
