Katrina is a licensed paralegal who supports the firm’s Occupational Health and Safety department. She practices in the area of workers’ compensation, specifically assisting employers in claims administration and claims management. She drafts pleadings, engages in fact gathering, analysis, court scheduling,  engages in document review and communicates with clients and related parties, all with the utmost level of professionalism and confidentiality.  She has significant experience in responding to matters before the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board.

Katrina has been a member of the Law Society of Ontario since 2016 and has been working with the Firm since then.
