Eva is a paralegal in the Firm’s Vancouver office. She has extensive experience supporting matters in commercial litigation, employment, labour, and human rights law.

Eva has a thorough knowledge of the rules of practice and procedure at all levels of court in British Columbia, as well as the Federal Court of Canada. Highly organized and detail-oriented, she plays a key role in managing all aspects of files.

On a day-to-day basis, Eva supports the legal team by communicating with clients and other parties, gathering and reviewing evidence, managing document production, drafting pleadings and court applications, and assisting with trial preparation.

Eva has experience assisting with matters before the Provincial Court of British Columbia (Small Claims), the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. She also regularly supports matters before various tribunals, including labour and commercial arbitration boards, the Labour Relations Board, the Employment Standards Tribunal, and the Human Rights Tribunal.
