Bernie is an Articling Student in our Calgary office and a recent graduate of the University of New Brunswick Faculty of Law. Prior to articling, Bernie held summer positions with the Alberta Crown Prosecution Service and NL Legal Aid.

During law school, Bernie served as Chair of UNB’s Student Disciplinary Committee, where he gained practical experience with administrative hearings. He also volunteered with Innocence Canada through Pro Bono Students Canada and was involved with the Faculty of Law’s Articling and Placement Committee and the Future of Energy Club.

Prior to pursuing a career in law, Bernie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Police Studies from Memorial University.
