Amanda is an articling student and a recent cum laude graduate of the Dual JD Program at the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law and the University of Detroit Mercy, School of Law. She joined Mathews Dinsdale as a summer student in our Toronto office.

During law school, Amanda was involved in mentoring first year law students and was a member of the Litigation Association. She was also the Team Lead for the Legal Writers Collective at Pro Bono Students of Canada and served as a student attorney for Detroit Mercy’s Intellectual Property Clinic.

Prior to obtaining her law degree, Amanda obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, where she graduated with distinction. During that time, she gained valuable experience working at one of Canada’s Tier One Banks.

In her spare time, Amanda enjoys travelling and experiencing new cultures, baking and spending time with friends and family. She is also a lover of running, pilates and an intense spin class.
