Chelsea Hastings is a licensed Paralegal working with the firm in our Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) department. She works together with the firm’s Lawyers to ensure that each case progresses smoothly through the legal process, by defending against potential disputes, ensuring all required documentation is completed and filed in accordance with WSIB/WSIAT procedures, and coordinating with WSIB/WSIAT representatives to ensure efficient case handling.

Chelsea attended Mohawk College where she got her Paralegal certificate and later became a member of The Law Society of Ontario in 2023.
