It is with great sadness that we note the passing of William George Phelps, Q.C., LL.B. on September 20, 2021. Bill established his reputation as one of the country’s leading labour relations lawyers and dedicated his entire 50 plus years of practice with Mathews Dinsdale. His legacy will live forever within the firm and he will be missed.
