We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our former Partner, Steve Bernardo, on July 3, 2024. His keen business instincts and his practical approach made him a significant figure in both Ontario and Federal labour law. Steve was an outstanding lawyer and a remarkable mentor to generations of younger lawyers at the Firm, whose careers he helped shape. He was highly respected in the legal community, and many in it considered him a friend. Steve will be profoundly missed. Our thoughts are with his family.
