Sarah E. Smith (1986 – 2023)

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our friend and colleague Sarah Smith, on August 20, 2023.

Sarah joined the Firm in 2011.  She acted for years representing employers across Ontario.  Most recently, Sarah was the Firm’s Director of Knowledge Management and Senior Counsel.

She was a brilliant lawyer and a person whose endless positivity brought joy to all those around her.

Sarah will be deeply missed by the Firm.  Our thoughts are with her husband Ben and all of her family.
