Tristan is an Associate in the firm’s Toronto office. He practices in all areas of workplace law and advises both unionized and non-unionized employers. Tristan represents employers in grievances and arbitrations, union organizing and Labour Board applications, employment standards, and human rights applications, and represents clients in proceedings before the Courts, labour arbitrators, the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal.
Tristan received his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar after summering and articling with the firm. While at law school, Tristan participated in the Parkdale Community Legal Services intensive program where he assisted low-income clients with their housing needs. In this capacity, Tristan was responsible for representing clients before the Landlord and Tenant Board on a variety of matters, as well as resolving clients’ issues outside of the Tribunal through negotiations and settlements. During law school, Tristan was also co-president of the Osgoode Hall Entertainment and Sports Law Association as well as an active member of the Osgoode Hall Athletic Association.
Prior to law school, Tristan completed a Double Major in Law & Society as well as Human Rights & Equity Studies, graduating with Honours.
