Biography
Osgoode Hall Law School, LL.B.
Western University, Bachelor of Health Sciences
Rand is an articling student and a recent graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to articling, Rand was a summer student in our Toronto office.
During her time at Osgoode, Rand was actively involved in her law school community. Rand mentored first year students as a Dean’s Fellow for the Public and Constitutional Law course and through Pro Bono Students Canada, she acted as a Project Lead, facilitating and supporting student placements. In addition, Rand volunteered with the Smith Immigration Group, assisting clients with their applications by conducting interviews and preparing submissions.
Prior to pursuing her law degree, Rand completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences at Western University where she graduated with a Specialization in Health Sciences. She also worked closely with small business owners, including managing day-to-day operations at her family’s business, which gave her first-hand insight into the challenges employers face and inspired her interest in employer-side workplace issues.
